We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your area is not covered by our courier service, we will notify you promptly and discuss alternative arrangements.
Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days for most locations.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take 7-10 business days.
Note: Delivery timeframes may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or operational delays.
Standard Shipping charges PKR 350
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp Message with your tracking information.
You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or WhatsApp Message. For any assistance with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, notify us within 48 hours at homofficial01@gmail.com or Whattsapp. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to make changes.
