Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier service, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for available options.

Prepaid Orders

For eligible cancellations of prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation fee. Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

House of Mushroom's Right to Cancel

House of Mushroom reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any eligible payments will be refunded in full.
